Less than five weeks after naming Debra Domeyer and Scott Morrow Co-CEO's, Oversee.net has made another change at the top. Ms. Domeyer has been named sole CEO and Mr. Morrow has left the company. We'll tell you more about the new captain of the Oversee ship.
