If there is an asterisk (*) next to a price, it means that the name was at auction from a private seller (rather than an expiring name) and may have had a reserve.  I’m only showing where the price was when the auction ended, but the name may not have sold if a reserve was in place.

Domain Shane’s Daily List of Domains at Auction for Sunday October 1st, 2017

Escrow.com

Happy Sunday.  I recently bought a .ws domain at the Namejet auction.  You would have thought I learned my lesson but with the names being renewed until 2099 I couldn’t pass up Christmas.ws for a few hundred dollars.  With zero holding cost it was worth the gamble for me.  But I did find the “catch” . Something that probably should have been stated in the auction.  The name has to say at Name.com or it loses its renewals.  It’s not a big deal to keep it at Name.  It’s not like its Network Solutions.  I just don’t like being told the rules after the game.  But I do like the domain and some day it may actually hit my account.  It would have already but they want me to agree that I understand the rules.  I do but taking my own sweet time to acknowledge that I do.

On a different note.  We sold 1000 mums yesterday at the Garden Center.  The same amount we sold the entire season 10 years ago.  Nice to see a business become everything you dreamed of.  Time to start making more dreams. Here are today’s names, you have to click to see current price.

Quote of the Day:  “Practice like you’re never won, perform like you’ve never lost”

Domain of the Day:    Cousins.com    An upgrade name for a ton of companies but begging to become an ancestry finder site. Already getting some great bids

Namejet , DropCatch, and Sedo Names at Auction

eShare.com   All the bids show tons of interest.   We’ll see if that translates into price

TheHumanRace.com    According to some, second in importance to pets

Peeves.com  Speaking of pets

ZR6.com  these LLN.com have proven to be good investments over the years

PSKT.com  The sure do love CHiPs over at DropCatch

Godaddy Domains That I Like With Multiple Bids

GardenBooks.com   Of course I like this one.  Unfortunately, quite a few others do as well

MasteringSales.com   A lot of people become good at sales.  Very few master it

NHET.com   Good letters but the vowel is keeping it under $300

HDBR.com    This doesn’t so $800 and above is pretty much guaranteed

MarketAction.com   Day traders are looking for as much as they can get

Veloa.com   Nice sounding short brand.  A few places already use the name

LifeCaring.com     Good for the ever growing senior care market

Godaddy Names With One or No Bids

PuroWater.com Upgrade name for a few entities. No bids at $12

EliteLight.com I see this as a solar play. It’s $12 so I don’t have to be exactly right

AnythingFishing.com What do you sell? anything fishing

WinningatThinning.com Great weightless name.

DiamondScam.com It really is one giant marketing gimmick.

ProfitableEnergy.com That’s the goal if you’re selling it

TheLastGuyOnEarth.com Been told if if I was the last guy on earth she wouldn’t. No its official

BrainScraper.com Pull out some ideas. NO bids

Yarpo.com 2006 birthday. Good 5L.com for only $12 IMO

Have a name at auction and need more exposure? Send me an emailI Charge $10 per name per day. We may be able to help. If you have an auction you want to promote, email us for details.*All names chosen by me, Shane or Josh . (ie you click through and purchase a name you like) or an occasional paid listing. Everything I say is based on my own research or is opinion. Do your own due diligence. That means look it up yourself if you don’t think the stats or my opinion is correct. I hand choose my names but I am paid to make this list by the auction houses, individuals that are auctioning names, and Godaddy affiliate links. Keep that in mind and only buy names that YOU think are good
